Synthesis of dinucleotides containing nitrone, hydroxylamine and amidoxime linkages

Three new thymidine dinucleotides with nitrone, hydroxylamine and amidoxime backbone linkages, suitable for incorporation into oligonucleotide chains, were easily synthesized, by coupling of readily available thymidine monomers and applying short, simple and efficient procedures.
