Abstract :
We report a new facile and efficient preparation of phosphoglycolohydroxamic acid, a known potent inhibitor of several enzymes acting on dihydroxyacetone phosphate. Phosphoglycolamide and phosphoglycolohydrazide can be obtained by the same method.
