Abstract :
Various 4-substituted dihydrodipyridopyrazines were synthesized by palladium-mediated cross-coupling reactions. Starting from the corresponding 4-iodo or 4-bromo derivatives, the incorporation of aryl, vinyl, alkynyl and methoxycarbonyl groups is described.
