Abstract :
Alkyl-, alkenyl-, and arylboronic acids undergo Ag2O/CrCl2 mediated homocoupling in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. The general utility of this methodology is illustrated by an intramolecular annulation between sp and sp3 centers.
