Abstract :
New extended derivatives of TTF bearing cyanoethylsulfanyl or furan groups which cannot be obtained by Wittig-type reaction with Akibaʹs reagent have been synthesized using a clean, cheap-step and rapid methodology; their electrochemical and optical behavior are studied.
