Abstract :
In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of l-dopa at a single-wall carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and chronocoulometry. The modified electrode exhibited good promotion of the electrochemical reaction of l-dopa and greatly increased the standard heterogeneous rate constant. The peak currents of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) of l-dopa were linearly dependent on its concentration in a range from 5.0 × 10−7 to 2.0 × 10−5 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 3.0 × 10−7 mol L−1.
