Abstract :
The positron annihilation lifetimes by slow positron beam are measured in the thin Fe films, which are grown under the hydrogen pressures 5.0×10−10 and 4.5×10−7 Torr, in positron-incident energies 2 and 3 keV. We have suggested experimentally the presence of hydrogen-induced vacancies in thin Fe films.
