Abstract :
Epitaxial CdSe layers have been electrodeposited on the (1 0 0) and (1̄ 1̄ 1̄) faces of GaAs and InP single crystals. Chemical composition and crystalline quality of CdSe have been studied by X-photoelectron spectroscopy, reflection high energy electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction. Influence of the substrate has been pointed out.
