Abstract :
In this report, rapidly disintegrating tablets were developed using both direct compression and wet compression methods. Tablet properties, such as porosity, tensile strength, wetting time and disintegration time were evaluated, and the formation and disintegration mechanisms of the tablets were elucidated. Formulation and preparation conditions were optimized using polynomial regression or artificial neural network (ANN).
