Abstract :
The membrane samples of poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(acrylic-acid) (PVA/PAA) blend with different draw ratios were studied by both 13C CP/MAS NMR and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) measurements. Phase separation induced by elongation of the sample was observed and the change of the phase structure with draw ratio was found to be dependent on the composition of the blend samples.
