Abstract :
A-site-deficient lanthanum–calcium chromites–titanates (La1−xCax)1−αCr1−yTiyO3 (y=0.5, 0.8, 1.0) with perovskite-type structure were synthesized by an oxide route in air (final heating 1350 °C). Their electrical conductivities, depending of the oxygen partial pressure and oxygen diffusion mobility, were investigated at 900 °C. The electrical conductivity changes between 8×10−4 and 2×10−4 S cm−1, and the chemical diffusion coefficients range between 1×10−9 and 10×10−9 cm2 s−1.
