  • Abstract
    Large-scale, high-purity and uniform β-AgVO3 nanoribbon bundles were prepared. These bundles were single-crystalline with length up to hundreds of micrometers. X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy were employed to characterize the morphology and structure of the as-prepared products. The conductivity of a single nanoribbon was determined as 2.8 × 10− 3 S cm− 1 at room temperature, which was higher than the reported values of silver ionic conductor compounds.
