On time analyticity of weak solutions of the compressible Navier–Stokes equations

We show that weak solutions of the compressible Navier–Stokes equations are analytic as L 2 -valued functions of time when pressure p is real analytic. As a consequence, there exist infinitely many effective viscous flux functions of higher orders.
