Abstract
An algorithm that is rather simple to implement for forming a signal of the flowrate of the steam is proposed. This algorithm accounts for deviations in its pressure and temperature from design values which were adopted when selecting the throttling device that is installed downstream of the boiler. In the range of pressures from 5 to 25 MPa and temperatures from 500 to 570°C, the error in determining the steam flowrate does not exceed 0.3%.
