Perfecting Interactions between Energy Producers and Energy Consumers by Harmonizing Their Interests

A method for selecting the optimal lines of investments when harmonizing the interests of energy producers and energy consumers in Russia is proposed. A method for assessing the stability of investment processes in the energy producer-consumer system, taking account of the risks in making investments, is developed.
