An Analysis of Erosion and Corrosion Wear of the Pipelines of Power Unit no. 2 at the Balakovo Nuclear Power Station

The results of an analysis of erosion and corrosion wear of the pipelines closest to the control and throttle equipment of the condensate feed circuit of power unit no. 2 at the Balakovo nuclear power station are presented. An analysis was carried out on the basis of ultrasonic thickness measurements; the degree and the rate of erosion and corrosion wear were found.
