Optimization of the Heating Surfaces of Turbine Reheaters at Nuclear Power Stations

The results of optimization of minimal temperature differences (delta)t in the stages of the reheater of a steam-turbine plant are presented as a function of a complex quantity that unites external and internal parameters, which are the initial data in calculations of thermal schemes; the results of optimization of (delta)t for four steam-turbine plants at nuclear power stations are given; they can be used in developing new separators and reheaters.
