Prerequisite for superconductivity: Appropriate spin-charge correlations

This work shows that both superconductivity and antiferromagnetism can be included in the Hubbard model. It is shown that the appropriate spin-charge correlation is the key role to any superconductivity. Some unusual properties of cuprate superconductors are discussed with regard to this correlation.
