Possible low- nanoparticles for use in magnetic hyperthermia treatments

Based on the modified Heisenberg model and using a Green’s function technique we have studied the influence of size, shape and composition effects on the Curie temperature T C of ferromagnetic nanoparticles. We have discussed various possibilities which could lead to decreasing of T C in order to find possible low- T C particles suitable for use in magnetic hyperthermia treatments.
