Abstract
We have carried out specific heat measurements for La2CuO4.093 electrochemically oxidized at 333 K, which has superconducting phase with Tc of 45 K. We observed the specific heat jump at 43.5±0.1 K; ΔCp=320±25 mJ/mol K, which was corresponding to superconducting transition at 45 K. The magnitude of specific heat jump was comparable with that of optimally doped (La1−xSrx)2CuO4. Our sample has been concluded to have the bulk character in superconducting phase with Tc of 45 K.
