The fractal character in the eigenstates of highly excited vibrational manifolds

It is demonstrated that in the highly excited vibrational manifold of the sample molecules H2O and O3, there are eigenstates whose eigencoefficients possess the fractal character. It is argued that this fractal phenomenon is nontrivial and that fractal could be prevailing in the molecular highly excited manifolds regardless of vibrational, rotational or electronic systems.
