Oscillator strengths of CH3 in the vacuum ultraviolet

Measurements of the oscillator strenghts for several CH3 transitions in the vacuum ultraviolet are reported. The oscillator strengths for the γ1, δ1, γ2, β2 and combined δ2 and γ3 Rydberg transitions are 0.015 (6), 0.0011 (5), 0.0099 (40), 0.0032 (16) and 0.0059 (25), respectively, where the number in parentheses is the uncertainty in the last digit(s) of the oscillator strength.
