Abstract
For simple molecules such as H2O, D2O, H2S, and DCN of three and two degrees of freedom, respectively, the diabatic correlation technique is employed to reconstruct the broken constants of motion by switching off the individual resonances. These constants of motion are shown suitable for the classification and assignment of their highly excited vibrational manifolds.
