Steady state nucleation-flux profile in binary systems

An explicit analytical expression is derived for the nucleation-flux profile of binary nucleation at the steady state. The direction is obtained by introducing a curvilinear coordinate axis system along the streamlines of the nucleation-force vector and by assuming local uniformity for the direction of the streamlines. The magnitude is acquired by further assuming that the streamlines of the force vector are approximately straight. The validity of those assumptions is confirmed a posteriori for ideal systems.
