Abstract :
Aperiodic oscillations in a cerium catalyzed Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction were experimentally observed in a closed system. This phenomenon was noted by a simple spectrophotometric measure which enabled us to prove the dependence of the initial conditions as being the major signature of chaos.
