Abstract
Using the sol–gel method, the granular perovskites La1−xSrxMnO3, with dope level x from 0.05 to 0.55, have been fabricated. The sintering temperature-dependent magnetism and structure in the granular system have been investigated. For samples with different dope levels, different sintering temperature-dependent magnetisms, lattice distortions and structure phase transitions have been observed simultaneously. These phenomena suggest a strong structure-coupled magnetism in double-exchange perovskites.
