Abstract :
The perovskite (La1−xSnx)yMnO3−δ (LSnMO) films with colossal magnetoresistance effect have been grown on (100) LaAlO3 substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The strain and grain size of different thick LSnMO films have been investigated. Through the analyses of the transport and magnetic anisotropic properties of LSnMO films, the effects of strain and grain size on the film properties have been discussed.
