Abstract
We prepared mono- and multiparticulate Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films of Stöber silica nanoparticle samples in the particle size range of 20–80 nm. Multiparticulate films were prepared from particles with different diameters in the consecutive layers, creating a complex multiparticulate film on glass substrate. We were able to increase the antireflective properties of the multiparticulate films by decreasing the particles sizes in the covering layer.
