Abstract
SrxCa2−xAl2SiO7:yTb3+, zCe3+ (x = 0.2–2.0, y = 0.01–0.07, z = 0.01–0.07) was synthesized by a hybrid precursor assembly sol–gel technology. We get sol solutions by mixed solutions of stoichiometric rare earth nitrate, Sr(NO3)2, Ca(NO3)2, Al(NO3)3, TEOS, at the same time investigated the relationship between the sol formed and experiment variable including Ph, temperature, concentration, and so on. Through drying and calcinating precursors, we got green phosphor materials powder. The microstructure and particle sizes of these phosphors are characterized by XRD and SEM. The co-doping Ca2+ and Sr2+ cannot change the crystal structure in SrxCa2−xAl2SiO7, it also formed the pure-phase SrCaAl2SiO7. The photoluminescence of SrxCa2−xAl2SiO7:yTb3+, zCe3+ (x = 0.2–2.0, y = 0.01–0.07, z = 0.01–0.07) investigated as a function of Tb3+ ions concentration, which revealed that these phosphors can exhibit effective green luminescence.
