Identifying the effective factors on entrepreneurial behavior in the Gas refinery industries of Iran with DEMATEL approach: case study of Parsian Gas Refinery Company

In this article, the results of studying the effective key factors on organizational entrepreneurship in the gas refinery industries of Iran were offered. Extracting factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship addressed in the literature of the subject, led to the verification of 19 factors that influence organizational entrepreneurship in the Iranian gas refining industries. Subsequently, using the DEMATEL technique, the influential factors extracted by the previous stage were prioritizing a structure based on the graph theory. Accordingly the relationships between the factors and the severity of the impact and their mutual interactions are among the results. Based on the results of this research, “Organizational culture” had the highest influential coefficient and “The performance appraisal system” had the highest coefficient of being influenced.
