Abstract :
Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) secreting islet cell tumors of the pancreas are extremely rare. A case of and ACTH producing islet cell tumor with multiple liver metastases is reported and the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings are described.
