Abstract :
Cyclic voltammetry has become an important electro chemical technique in which fairly complicated reactions can be studied. It not only provides a convenient means to examine the nature of an electro chemical reaction in detail but also gives information about the reactive intermediates formed in electrode process. The best results for the determination of zolinza were obtained by using cyclic voltammetry technique in universal buffer at pH range from 2.0 to 12.0 after pre-concentration range 1.0×10-5 M to 1.0×10-9 M at -0.36V precision and accuracy of the developed method were checked by recovery studies in pharmaceutical formulations and spiked urine samples.
