Rhabdomyosarcome pléomorphe paratesticulaire de lʹadulte : diagnostic et prise en charge

Résumé teurs rapportent lʹobservation dʹun homme âgé de 63 ans qui était atteint dʹun rhabdomyosarcome pléomorphe paratesticulaire. La présentation clinique était sans particularité. Les données radiologiques et immunohistochimiques confirmaient le diagnostic et permettaient dʹen établir le stade. Le patient a été opéré par orchidectomie radicale par voie inguinale. Lʹévolution a été marquée par la survenue dʹune récidive locale contrôlée par une radiothérapie externe. Deux ans plus tard, il était atteint de métastases pulmonaires qui ont fait indiquer une chimiothérapie. testicular pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma occurring in a 63-year old man is reported. Clinical signs were like any intrascrotal tumor. CT-scan and histological examination with immunohistochemical study were necessary for the diagnosis and stadification of this cancer. The patient underwent a radical inguinal orchidectomy. The patient developed a local recurrence, which was treated by radiotherapy, and subsequently developed metastases two years later, which were treated by chemotherapy.
