Abstract :
Fluorinated analogues of natural product G3-factor were synthesized and evaluated for their antiplasmodium activity. Electrochemical studies allowed us to measure the reduction potential Ep of the new compounds and to compare the effect of fluorine atoms on peroxo bridge stability.
