Abstract :
12(S),20-DiHETE, prepared by a combination of Evans–Crimmins asymmetric alkylation, Sonogashira alkynylation, and Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling, significantly sensitizes phenylephrine-induced vasoconstriction of rat renal interlobar arteries.
