Abstract :
Four novel cyclic peroxide-containing sesquiterpenes (1–4), with a γ-alkylidene-α-methyl-α,β-unsaturated γ-lactone moiety, have been isolated from a Formosan soft coral of the genus Sinularia. Their structures were elucidated mainly by extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments.
