Abstract :
Efficient constructions of two types of neo-proteoglycan are described. Enzymatically prepared alkyne containing chondroitin 6-sulfate chains and chemically synthesized azido group having compounds are linked by utilizing the copper(I) catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition.
