Abstract :
A mild, convenient, and practical one-pot procedure for direct synthesis of N,N′-dialkyl-N″-dialkylaminocarbothioyl thioureas is described via three-component reaction of cyclic secondary amines, CS2, and N,N′-dialkyl carbodiimides in water at room temperature.
