Abstract :
One of the most important factors in organization success is controlling risks at their environment. One of the tasks that have been done in many of public and private organizations for better understanding the customersʹ needs is using supply chain concept which has been commenced from the supplier of raw materials up to end user. One of issues influence on supply chains is the chain risk factor causing failure or success of organizations. Hence, risk control in the supply chain considered as one of the key factors of success. In this Article, we use integration of two approaches; Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Evidential Reasoning Algorithm (ERA) to prioritize strategy models using by supply chain risks in a Cultural Institute. This model involves both quantitative and qualitative attributes as well as various types of uncertainty. The ERA has been developed to support MADA under uncertainty. It is based on Dempster’s rule for evidence combination used belief function for dealing with probabilistic uncertainty and ignorance. Finally, a case study is examined using an Intelligent Decision System (IDS) to illustrate the application of decision modeling framework and decision support process for prioritizing the strategy for cultural industrial.
