Abstract :
Serious competition in every industry during these days has forced organizations to be successful in this era by any way it can be possible. Therefore, today’s customer is a source of life for all organizations. Organizations attempts to keep their customers satisfied by their products and services so that increase their loyalty toward organization. In order to do so, organizations should be able to know their customers as possible and find their needs and problems in order to resolve them. Electronic insurance make an organization able to integrate insurance information and documents in all over the organization. Understanding value of IT business requires successful simulation. The present article has been conducted to study the role of monitoring and evaluating in Information Technology simulation in manufacturing and service companies of Iran such as Social Security Organization. Regarding the matter and goals, this article is an applied research and it is a descriptive-survey research regarding its method. As the conclusions of this article could be applied practically, it is a research-applied study too. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been used in this article. As it was required to know viewpoints of experts, interviews have been conducted with specialists and managers of Social Security Insurance Organization in a part of the present study and in the other part of the research, field-study conducted on experts and managers of that Organization via questionnaire. All hypothesizes were verified and difference between variables was verified too based on Freidman Test. Monitoring variable had the most effect on simulation of Information Technology in Social Security Organization by the mean of 4.36. In addition, evaluation of coordinating showed the least effect on simulation of Information Technology by the mean of 2.20.
