Abstract :
An efficient palladium-catalyzed protocol for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(aminoarylmethylene)-oxindoles has been developed. In this approach, Ugi-4-component reaction adducts were used as starting materials for carbopalladative cyclization–Buchwald reaction sequences.
