One-pot cascade approach to 1,3′-bipyrrole derivatives from trisubstituted olefins with tosylmethyl-isocyanide (TosMIC)

A novel and effective route for the synthesis of 1,3′-bipyrrole derivatives by multisubstituted olefins with TosMIC was developed. Moreover, the synthetic protocol was simple and the reaction conditions were mild. A possible mechanism was proposed.
