Abstract :
A one-pot protocol towards previously unreported derivatives of thiochromeno [2′,3′:4,5] imidazo[2,1-a]isoquinoline via a domino reaction of isoquinoline-derived iminium salts and α-mercapto benzaldehydes is elaborated.
