Abstract :
The relation between peripheral monocyte count and coronary vasospasm was examined in 180 patients with chest pain. It is suggested that coronary vasospasm should be investigated in patients with angina, hemodynamically insignificant coronary artery disease, and increased monocyte count (≥547/mm3).
