هيستيوسيتوزيس سلول لانگرهانس همراه با آسيب هاي دهاني؛ گزارش مورد

درآمد: هيستيوسيتوزيس سلول لانگرهانس (LCH)، يك بيماري با علت ناشناخته است كه در سه شكل باليني گرانولوم ايوزينوفيليك، هندشولر كريستين و لتررسيو آشكار مي يابد. شيوع بيماري 2/1 در هر 000/200 كودك در سال ياد شده است (1). گزارش بيمار مبتلا: كودك 5/3 ساله اي با شكايت اصلي تورم لثه و لق شدگي شماري از دندان هاي مولر شيري به بخش بيماري هاي دهان دانشكده ي دندانپزشكي، دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان ارجاع داده شد. همه ي روش هاي تشخيصي تا تشخيص نهايي هيستيوسيتوزيس سلول لانگرهانس و درمان آن گزارش گرديده است. نتيجه گيري: آسيب هاي دهاني ممكن است نخستين تظاهر بيماري هيستيوسيتوزيس سلول لانگرهانس باشد و به همين دليل دندانپزشك بايد به اين موضوع آگاه باشد. تشخيص به هنگام بيماري و تعيين پيش آگهي آن جهت به كارگيري درمان مناسب در بقاي بيمار اثر حياتي دارد. واژگان كليدي: هيستيوسيتوزيس سلول لانگرهانس، استخوان آلويولار، لقي دندان ها

Introduction: Histiocytosis of the langerhans cell is a rare disorder with unknown etiology and a spectrum of disorders characterized by proliferation of the histiocyte-like cells. It presents as Eosinophilic granuloma, Hand-schuller Christian disease, and Letter-siwe disease. The incidence rate is 2.1 in 200.000 child per year. Case Report: The patient was a 3.5 year old male child reffered with swelling of the gingival and hypermobility of the deciduous molar teeth.The diagnostic procedures until the final diagnosis of langerhance cell histiocytosis and treatment of this case are reported. Conclusion: Oral lesions could be the first manifestion of histiocytosis of the langerhans cell, of which the dentists should be aware. The early diagnosis is so important in treatment and survival of the patient.
