Studying the Relationship between Organizational Structure and Selecting Decision Making Strategy (Case Study: Merged Public Organizations in Kerman)

The aim of present study is to study the relations between organizational structure and selecting decision making strategy (case study: merged public organizations in Kerman). The population consists of 1273 individuals and the sample volume is 295. Layer random sampling method and Kokaran Formulation are used to achieve sample volume. Data collection tool is a standard questionnaire for which facial validity is used for its validity and Chronbach’s alpha for its reliability. To analyze data, descriptive and inductive (correlation and regression) statistics as well as SPSS16 software in P≤0/05 significance level are used. Findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational structure and selecting decision making strategy in merged public organizations in Kerman.
