The Evaluation of External Efficiency of Educational Sciences Department of Tonekabon Branch Islamic Azad University

Purpose of the current research was to evaluate the external efficiency of the educational sciences of the Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon Branch. The current research was of the descriptive- surveying type. Statistical universe of the research has been consisted of all (964 individuals) graduates of the educational sciences of the Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon in two B.A and M.A. levels within the years from 1999-2000 to 2012-2013. Sample of the research was estimated 300 individuals using Morgans table. Tool of research was an inventory made by the researcher. (a= 0.84). In order to analyze the data, the indexes of central inclination and chi-square statistics, after truth testing, were used. Indexes have been as follows: Rate of employment of graduates, related employment, job satisfaction, successful employment, continuation of education and possession of the researching spirit after graduation. Results showed that: In comparison between the number of employed graduates and un- employed graduates, difference has been significant. In comparison between the female employed ones and male employed ones, the difference, in women\s favor, has been significant. In comparison between the rate of related employment and unrelated employment, difference, in favor of graduates having the related employment, has been significant. But, the number of the women having the related employment has been more than the number of the men of this same group. In comparison between the rate of satisfaction with job of the graduates, difference, in favor of the employed ones who satisfy at their job, has been significant. But, through the comparison of the job satisfaction between the women and men, difference, in womens favor, has been significant. In comparison between the rate of benefiting from the successful and unsuccessful employment, difference, in favor of the employed ones who have been successful in the employment, has been significant. Meanwhile, number of the women having the successful employment is greater than the men of this same group In comparison between the rate of benefiting from the researching spirit and lack of the researching spirit, difference, in favor of graduates lacking the researching spirit, has been significant after graduation. But, through comparison of benefiting from the researching spirit and lack of the researching spirit between the women and men, difference, in favor of men with researching spirit, has been significant. In comparison between the continuation of education and lack of continuation of education of graduates, difference, in favor of the graduates who have continued the educate, has been significant. But, the difference has not been significant between rate of continuing education of the women and men of the education science.
