Examination the Relationship between Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the Productivity of Human Resources in Zobahan Esfahan Company

In current century, regarding the huge growth in technology, all companies are to use technologies, achieving better performance and higher productivity in line with their organizational purposes. This research is a descriptive study conducted through correlational method. The study is an applied research by purpose; we used survey method in gathering the data. The statistical population in this research is those employees of Zobahan Esfahan Company who worked in IT department. A standard questionnaire containing 45 items were used, after declaring the reliability and validity of them. Gathering the data, we used SPSS software for analyzing them. The results showed that the major hypothesis of the research, the second minor hypothesis and the forth minor hypothesis were confirmed, and the first minor hypothesis and the third minor hypothesis of the research were not confirmed.
