آدنوماتوييد ادنتوژنيك تومور در كيست ادنتوژنيك كلسيفيه- گزارش مورد

كيست ادنتوژنيك كلسيفيه، با نماهاي بافتي و بيماري زاي ويژه، نخستين بار توسط گورلين (Gorlin) معرفي شد. تومورهاي ادنتوژنيك ديگر همچون آملوبلاستوما، ادنتوما، آملوبلاستيك فيبروما، آملوبلاستيك فيبرو ادنتوما، ادنتو آملوبلاستوما، تومور پيندبورگ و آدنوماتوييد ادنتوژنيك تومور گاهي همراه با اين آسيب مشاهده مي شوند. اين گزارش، پسر 16 ساله ي بيماري را با تركيب مشخصي از آدنوماتوييد ادنتوژنيك تومور و كيست گورلين معرفي مي نمايد. آسيب در جايگاه دندان كانين چپ پايين ايجاد و باعث گسترش در كورتكس باكال ناحيه ي درگير شده بود. كيست به همراه دندان نهفته ي ياد شده، توسط جراحي بيرون آورده و در بررسي آسيب شناسي آدنوماتوييد ادنتوژنيك تومور، همراه با كيست گورلين گزارش شد.

The term calcifying odontogenic cyst was first used by Gorlin in 1962 to describe a new cystic entity with a peculiar pathogenesis and histologic feature. Other odontogenic tumors such as ameloblastoma, odontoma, ameloblastic fibroma, ameloblastic fibroodontoma, odontoameloblastoma, pindborgʹs tumor, and adenomatoid odontogenic tumor may seldom be associated with this lesion. This paper describes the case of a 16-year-old male with a remarkable combination of two entities. The lesion associated with an impacted canine tooth was detected at the mandibular left side, producing an extensive expansion of buccal cortical plate on panoramic view. During the operation, enucleation of the cyst was performed and the impacted canine tooth was extracted. The histologic specimen revealed the diagnosis of an adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) in a calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC). Key words: Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, Gorlin cyst, odontogenic cyst
