Examination the effect of organ culture on the staffs’ organ duty (According to personality type of staffs’)

This study is based on the organ culture and the staffs’ organ duty. The statistical society includes all of Kermanshah Islamic Azad university staffs. Regarding the questionnaires of personality types, the staff classified into two personality types; A and B types. The effect of organ culture on the staffs’ organ duty was examined among them. There was used spearman correlation test to examine the data and the hypotheses of test. The results showed that there were meaningful relations between the organ culture and the organ duty in A and B types.
